For birthdays and co-op
classes, please specify the "gotta have by" date (usually the day before the
event). That way, if we cannot get the products to you by
then, we can at least let you know so you can make other
plans.
We are not responsible for delivery times, delays,
etc., so PLEASE, order absolutely as early as you can before
your required date.
SPLIT SHIPPING: If you would like for us to
"split ship" your order (ship what we have now and ship the
rest later), there will be a charge of $6.00 which you can
add to your invoice at checkout. Otherwise, the order
will likely be held until the balance of the products comes
in. Usually this means a wait of about a week.
RUSH FEE: For an additional
$7.50, your order will be placed next in line and be
processed ahead of everyone else.
Shipping
UPS will not
deliver to PO Boxes.
If you give a PO Box, we will
mail the package to the PO Box.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO please use the UPS 2nd
Day rates.
Foreign orders need to write for shipping charges.

We make every effort to keep our website current.
But sometimes prices change and are
not yet reflected on the site.
There may be items listed on the site that are no
longer available. The
design of a product may have been changed so it doesn’t look
exactly like the picture on the site.
Sooooo, (here comes the disclaimer), prices,
availability, and specifications, are subject
to change without notice.
Your invoice enclosed with your order will reflect the
final pricing on the products listed here.
We want to
expedite your shipment, so if there
is an overall price increase to your
order of less than $5.00 that is not reflected in the catalog or on the website,
we will proceed to ship the order out to you, and ask you to
send the balance due.
Orders with price increases of more than $5.00 will not be shipped
without contacting you first.

Fill
in the order form (or use a piece of whatever paper you happen
to have laying around), enclose your check, money order, or credit
card info, stick the form in an envelope and mail it to
us.
Be sure to include your name, shipping address, phone, email,
etc. (and anything else you would like for us to know about
you).

though it appears that the site is charging your card at the

Delivery
Time
We
try to ship orders within a few days, but ask that you allow
4-6 weeks for delivery. If stock
is expected any day, we may hold your order until filled.
2nd Day means the order will go out 2nd
Day when we ship it, NOT that it will arrive 2 days after you
call it. When
we are out of town (usually listed on our Schedule Page), your
order may be slightly delayed.
Returns—Contact
us if you have questions!
We
offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products
(except recorded media).
You may request a refund or exchange, if the item is in
resalable condition. Returns
after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee or $10.00.
No returns after 60 days.
Include
your name, address, and order number (or copy of your original
invoice).
Return
item in original box or other 200# shipping box. Pack carefully (no printed newspaper), as we are not
responsible for damaged returns.
Use
UPS or insured US Mail.
Allow
4-6 weeks for us to process your return.
If you request an exchange, it will be treated as a new
order and will be charged shipping.
Recorded
media is returnable for exchange for same title and only if
defective.
Age Levels
Age
level guidelines are given on some of our products because
manufacturers list them and many parents want them.
Products without age guidelines are considered age
appropriate for all levels.
We hope that these are helpful and not limiting.
After all, one does not stop enjoying Touchabubbles
precisely at age 10. So
please take the age level guidelines for what they
are…guidelines! (For
chemistry labs, science project kits, and dissection labs,
please pay close attention to the age level designations.
Poster
Pricing Alert
NOTE: Due to the
recent increase in Postal Rates, we are now having to make a
change in our Poster Policy.
All poster shipments will now have a
separate shipping charge of $7.50. Please order
two or more posters, and please figure on an additional
$7.50 in shipping being added to the invoice.
These gorgeous items have gotten expensive for us to
carry, so when they are gone, they are gone!
***Heavy Item Shipping Alert***
Due to the higher weight
of the PP-PAPR, PP-SPEC, 9-BAS5, and certain other items, a
$5.00 shipping surcharge will be added to all 2nd Day Air
orders containing these items. The $5.00 will apply
to each Paper Pack in the order. If ordering only one of
these items, ground shipping charges will remain unaffected.
Multiple purchase (on the same order) of heavy items may
affect ground shipping charges. We will try to let you
know if this happens.
